All readings are for persons 18 years or older and you and your guests (at parties or events) are 18 years or older.

Psychic-medium-tarot-clairvoyant information, perceptions or insights given are under no circumstance meant to replace medical, legal, psychological or other professional advice or services.

Sophie's clients receive information, perceptions or insights that come through her, so they may evaluate choices and/or make better decisions. Sophie is in no way responsible for the actions or non-actions taken by her clients based on their interpretation of this information given.

Sophie does not provide a 100% guarantee, as people, perceptions, and decisions, can fluctuate, and circumstances out of everyone's control can happen.

Kindly refer to Sophie's testimonials to serve as authentication in ascertaining the quality of her work.

• Clairvoyant / Psychic / Tarot Readings by Psychic Sophie reserves the right to deny service to anyone.
• All appointments are first come, first served, and appointments made online are served before called-in requests.
• Every attempt will be made to provide your psychic reading on your first or second preferred date/time. If it becomes necessary to choose an alternate date or time, you will be notified by phone or email.
• Please do not be late for your confirmed reading duration, as this will cost you in equaled lost time.
• In fairness to Sophie's other clients and their scheduled times, psychic readings will not go over the scheduled duration. If more time is needed or desired, please let her know ASAP so we may see if extra time is available. Payment for any overtime is required prior to continuation of your reading.
• Sophie will happily issue a refund for a confirmed/paid psychic reading that she was unable to give/provide due to circumstances out of her control. Absolutely no refunds are issued once Sophie has provided / given a psychic reading.
• While events out of our control can occur from time to time, Sophie asks that any changes to, or cancellations of confirmed psychic reading appointments be made 24-hours in advance. Only one re-schedule is allowed, afterward, you will forfeit any payment made and scheduled time for your reading.
• Once your appointment is scheduled and confirmed, Sophie is setting aside her time just for you. Please respect her time as much as she does yours. A failure to inform Sophie of changes and/or cancellations, or not keeping on-time appointments, will result in your inability to receive current or future psychic readings from Psychic Sophie.

Parties or Events:

• As described throughout my website, my beliefs, philosophies, ethics, and purpose for doing my work remain unchanged no matter the circumstance of my presence. Even within a party atmosphere, people are still people with the attending life and spiritual concerns, and it is always my intention to guide, inspire, and enlighten those with whom I come into contact. Additionally, I am very direct and honest while providing my tarot / psychic readings. While this is a desirable trait under normal circumstances, partygoers are not usually prepared to hear something that could be unpleasant.
• I have done psychic / tarot readings at parties and events for many years, and although very rare, uncomfortable issues may arise during the reading process. As this is considered a "party" atmosphere, please inform your guests in advance, or if you decide to hire me, remain open-minded to the possibility.
• Once Sophie is confirmed to provide psychic readings at your party or event, please inform her of any changes or cancellations within 48-hours prior to the party or event, otherwise your payment could be forfeited. Sophie will issue a full refund for a confirmed/paid event or party that due to circumstances out of her control, she was unable to attend.

Learn How to Read Tarot Card Classes:

• All students must be 18 years or older.
• No more than six people are accepted per class course. Classes may be canceled or rescheduled if less than three students are enrolled in a class course.
• The first class payment of $45.00 is due at receipt of your invoice to reserve your space. Thereafter, you will receive a weekly invoice for the remaining five classes. Payment is required 24-hours prior to the beginning of each class, or you may pay the full 6-week class course fee.
• No refunds are issued to students once the class course has begun or for missed classes within the prescribed course period. Make-up classes incur an additional fee of $55.00 for each class.
• Sophie will issue a refund for paid/confirmed class(es) that she was unable to teach due to circumstances out of her control.
• In order to enroll in the advanced / master tarot card class, you must already possess a thorough understanding of tarot basics (or have taken my beginner / intermediate class), as I do not teach, include, or provide my beginner/intermediate course materials to the advanced class students.

Payment for all psychic / tarot card readings via Skype, phone, in-person, or email, learn how to read tarot card classes, gift certificates, and parties or events is accepted through PayPal. Sophie will send you an email indicating the day/time or other information regarding your scheduled reading appointment, tarot class, gift certificate, or party / event and request a PayPal invoice for payment. Once PayPal verifies you have paid the invoice, your appointment, class, gift certificate, or party / event is considered *confirmed/paid*.

Unpaid invoices may result in cancellation of your requested appointment, reservation, gift certificate, or booking. Additionally, your days or times might be allotted to another client.
