What kind of psychic are you?

I have to laugh when I hear this question, as part of the answer lay in over-coming commonly held misconceptions. Psychics do not know all things at all times. We know some things, sometimes, other things at other times, and often, we have no idea why certain things come at certain times, they just do.

We probably don’t know what someone had for breakfast, unless they’re wearing some of it, and we often forget where we parked our car.

Most of us dress in jeans, not loud caftans, some wear a baseball cap or beret, not a sparkly turban, and if we wear make-up at all, it isn’t usually applied with a spatula or spray-gun.

Sometimes, we aren’t all here, figuratively speaking; so no surprise if we appear a bit eccentric.

If I get a glazed look to my eyes, it won’t be from staring into a crystal ball. Usually, I look away from my clients and focus on a corner. This is because I am getting information and don’t want distraction, and not because I have suddenly gone mad or decided to study the intricacies of carpeting or crown molding.

If you decide to choose me as your psychic-tarot reader / spiritual counselor, it is probably because you have read my website and can clearly understand what I am about. If you come back to see me again, it is probably because I was ethical, honest, legitimate, and accurate, I cared about you, I enabled you to make better choices for yourself, I was spiritually illuminating / uplifting, you felt clarity or understanding, you really liked me, or I provided you with some wind so you could fly…

Psychics can and do capture a lot of information in all areas of your life; concerning people, love / relationships, events, situations, work / career, and finances, but we can’t manipulate your life. We are not magicians, so we cannot change your life or make those things you wish for to appear, or get rid of those things you wish would disappear.

We can; however, see trends and help point you in a direction that feels right and better to you, or highlight those directions that might not be, identify emotions and attachments, provide enlightenment, guidance, and spiritual counseling etc, and always, always, we can pray with you and for you, but, regardless of what we say, you hold all the power to disregard, change, perceive, take action or not, transcend, make your dreams come true…

Can I provide photos, an item of clothing, or belongings for you to read psychically?

This type of reading utilizes psychometry, and yes, absolutely.

When I ask a psychic a question about something, I don’t always get a direct yes or no answer, or advice about what I should do. Isn’t that what a psychic is supposed to do?

Remember, your Higher Self has a goal, and that goal is always to serve you in the highest possible way. There are times when we might get in our own way, be headed down the same path we have visited numerous times before (unhappily), or if armed with certain information, we might still make decisions or choices that will not serve us or others.

Our conscious and/or sub-conscious mind is often limited to processing information through a filter of previous experiences, emotions, trust issues, expectations, beliefs, perceptions, etc, which if allowed to continue, will often lead us to making the same mistakes, experiencing the same hurts, etc.

We are given as many opportunities as we need to bring us to a place of greater understanding and peace. This is often one reason why we might feel prompted to get a psychic reading or tarot reading in the first place. Therefore, if on occasion it appears to us that we are not receiving an answer the way we wanted to hear it, it could be in order to guide us to and through a different process, one whereby we can learn from our previous history and make new and better choices―BUT we also have to be in a place where WE are ready for change.

We cannot see what we cannot see, until we can or choose to see it, and no one can make us change or change us unless we choose this for ourselves.

Similarly, if your psychic provides an answer that seems out of perspective or unrelated to your question, it could, in fact, still be the answer! For example, if you were to say, “I want a relationship now”, you would expect your psychic to say who, what, where, etc in their response, but, what if your psychic’s intuition prompts him / her to ask, “Did you start a new job recently?” On the surface, this response is out of perspective, unrelated, and to your frustration, not directly answering your question, but what if this relationship you seek is found at your new job?

Legitimate and genuine psychics do their best to guide you, but don’t forget; they too are being guided in the process. Please have understanding, appreciation, and as much as possible, remain open-minded to the information as it is presented.

Have you provided psychic / tarot card readings for people who are skeptics and/or don't believe in psychics or tarot cards? If so, what happens?

Yes I have, and many times. Usually, I meet these people at parties, under the circumstance that I am the so-called "entertainment / psychic".

Since the party host pays for my psychic / tarot card readings, skeptics will try it as a lark. Usually these new encounters go very well; however, I remember one such man, whose initial behavior was quite belligerent and insulting at his approach. Almost taunting me, he made it very clear that he thought what I do is a joke and his sitting before me was for his amusement only.

When I told him that he was cheating on his wife and stealing from his business partner; his chin dropped to the floor as he looked nervously to the next table where his wife sat, fearful that she had overheard.

There were other things said to him as well, and I feel quite certain that his attitude has since changed.

How can you tell the difference between a genuine / legitimate psychic and one who isn't?

Many legitimate psychics have been tainted by innumerable swindlers who con unsuspecting individuals for hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

These, or variances of these are known to be cons or swindlers at work:

• Insisting that you have evil spirits around you who are effecting harm against you.
• At upwards of $100.00 and more, they insist you purchase “specially anointed” candles or bathing herbs/oils to eradicate your bad karma, bad luck, evil spirits, etc.
• They insist they can place spells on people to do your bidding or remove spells placed upon you at someone else’s bidding.
• They claim the ability to reunite you with loved ones, or bring back lost relationships, etc.
• They say that grievous harm may befall you or a loved one if you don’t pay more money, do what you’re told, or if you don’t come back or call when instructed.
• They might ask you to enact or participate in strange/unusual rituals.
• Escalated fees are inevitable and demanded, no matter the service.
• Many of those with 800 or 900 telephone numbers, who try to keep you on the phone to rack up sales.

Opinions vary widely on psychics, psychic ability, and legitimacy. Most individuals who seek out a psychic reading or tarot reading are in a state of distress, depression, vulnerability, or simply confused about their life for one reason or another, all of which inhibit one’s ability to feel or think clearly.

Always trust your own intuition, and if you feel clouded, knowledge is power. Ask questions of your psychic and don't give out too much information about yourself beforehand, as a good psychic doesn't need a lot, if any, and take advantage of the least costly psychic reading offered. If possible, getting word-of-mouth referrals from family, friends, co-workers, etc, who can attest to the accuracy, honesty, and legitimacy of your psychic or tarot reader is also highly recommended.

How accurate are you with psychic / tarot readings, and are psychics ever wrong?

The proof is in the pudding, as the saying goes. I have repeat clients, client referrals, and client testimonials that by all accounts would clearly indicate my level of accuracy as a psychic / tarot card reader. Accuracy is a relative term though, and to some extent, depends upon your perceptions, expectations, how you process the information provided, and the actions you take.

When I do a reading, much also depends upon timing, and timing is relative too. Clients have told me things have happened within minutes after their reading, some within the week, some 2-months later, and some take up to 6-months or more―and all of these separate events / situations were revealed in the one / same reading!

At times, legitimate psychics can misinterpret information they intuit or glean from tarot cards, but our clients can also misinterpret what they hear too. Speaking for myself, I am very honest, act with integrity, and my goal is always to provide the most accurate reading possible, as I feel the intuitive / psychic information I receive is meant to impart profound spiritual guidance.

Keeping detailed notes will allow a basis for your own assessment.

By virtue of my not asking questions and style of psychic readings, at the very beginning of your reading, you and I will both know if this is an instance that I am not connecting. This happens on rare occasion, and yes, under this circumstance, I provide a full refund.

You say you are clairaudient and clairvoyant. What do these terms mean?

Clairaudience means "clear hearing" or "hearing outside of the range for normal perception." This is how I hear names or how some information is received in an “audible form.” Clairvoyance means "clear sight or visibility" or the ability by an “inner sight” to gain insight/information about people, locations, objects, or events outside of the range for normal perception or senses.

Can tarot readers / psychics provide timing or time frames?

One Universal law is cause and effect, and as Einstein proved, time is relative. Your choices in the past and present are what will create your future. The people, events, or situations around you are also creating their own cause and effect. Both combined take the Hands of God to orchestrate, and often, God decides to throw in a miracle and/or a surprise or two as well. Therefore, we must be patient and maintain hope and faith. Everything has a purpose, a time and place, and it will all fall into place when everything is in Universal order and not a moment before.

Divinations with tarot cards can and do indicate timing and a psychic may receive a time frame, but neither tarot cards nor the Universe cares about time―they care about the value of time. Use timing as a guidepost, not a rule.

Can you see or talk to dead loved ones / people who have passed on?

I see people; alive and those who have passed on, but I cannot tell the difference between the two. I also hear, and what I hear does not come directly from an individual who has passed.

Energy is energy and all psychic impressions I receive about a person who is alive or one who has passed, look, sound, or feel the same. There is no difference to me; therefore, I suppose the reason why I can’t differentiate.

What I hear comes through my clairaudient ability, and this will often be a name, theirs or someone else’s, and/or I get some or all of these perceptions via clairvoyance: physical characteristics, items they wear/wore, items which are meaningful to them, locations, etc. I am also clairsentient / empathic, which enables me to feel what they feel.

I never know what I will perceive, as I have no control over what / who does or doesn't come through. The insight provided to my clients is exactly those psychic impressions I receive; and more often than not, these impressions will answer questions or contribute to peace of mind and healing of their spirit-soul.

On occasion, the information I receive also requires additional investigation by my clients.

Do I need a question (s) in mind before I get a psychic / tarot reading?

No. I do not require any questions in which to focus upon or any information from you other than your name and astrological sign, and if your inquiry includes another person, their name and astrological sign. I strongly prefer that you NOT provide me with any other information or background, as I work best with little or no interruption during a reading, but feel free to ask questions afterward or if further clarity is required in the moment.

Most of the time, the tarot cards will reflect exactly what is happening for you right now and/or most pressing to you at the time of your reading, and some of the time they will reflect situations or events of which you do not currently possess knowledge. Again, I read what I see and trust this is what is meant to be revealed for one’s highest good.

Some people have an aversion to the word "psychic", to psychics themselves, or the use of tarot cards. What is your feeling about that?

Whether you call me a psychic, tarot card reader, spiritualist, medium, new age healer, spiritual counselor, metaphysical practitioner, an intuitive, energy healer, Sophia, Soph, or Sophie, it doesn't matter. As William Shakespeare said, "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet" or in the infinite wisdom of Popeye, "I yam what I yam!"

Tarot cards incorporate essential Truth(s) and spiritual teachings within their symbolism, which is found in all religions; without exclusivity to one, and they do not issue or represent judgments or control of any kind. They describe the human condition, which encompasses all human experiences, and they provide profound spiritual guidance, which is Universal and equal to all human beings.

Interestingly, or not so, the people who express the strongest objections and opinions about the use of tarot cards or what legitimate psychics do, know absolutely nothing about either.

One assumption is that using tarot cards or a psychic is exclusively for “future telling” or “fortune telling” purposes, or they compound misguidance by regurgitating what they have been told or have read somewhere without investigating the truth for themselves. Regurgitation is not digestion.

Imagine if someone were thrust into their future; would this action be for the experience of being in the future itself, or for the purpose of understanding the actions that brought them there? And, upon their return to the present, which would be more meaningful to the individual? The act that they were in the future, which is essentially meaningless; or what they learned as a result and can now use in the present, which has great meaning?Therefore, ALL information we receive and no matter the source; or whether it is regarding the past, present, or potential future, has bearing on our life NOW.

Unfortunately, regurgitation is rampant in all areas of our lives and regarding most subjects. If those people who regurgitate chose instead to investigate and give deeper thought themselves; they would in all likelihood develop a sense of objectivity and wisdom, which is being open-minded to ALL possibilities, and being open-minded brings a lot more peace of mind and a lot less hatred.

As a psychic, can you read everyone?

Yes and no. There are times when I am unable to tune into someone's energy, and therefore, I am unable to read for him or her in that moment, but that doesn't mean I never can or will tune into his or her energy at another time.

There have also been instances when I provided a psychic / tarot card reading, which did not make any sense to the individual at the time of the reading and they got angry; saying that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I issued an immediate refund. A week or two later, they contacted me again to say that it all made sense to them now; they apologized profusely, paid me, and became on-going clients.

I can only remain unwavering and true to my own sense of ethics, integrity, and spirituality, and therefore, always present what I see, feel, or hear with as much honesty, accuracy, and objectivity as possible; regardless of how my clients will perceive the information, or what their level of expectation is coming in.

If at the start of your reading, you or I feel that I am not connecting, we can stop. You may request an immediate refund or postpone until another suitable day/time. The choice is completely yours to make.

Sometimes we have to accept that the time is not now for a reading. If this happens, do not take it personally or think it means something bad, it doesn't.

I believe in the adage that everything happens for a reason. Always bear in mind that our Soul Spirit / Higher Self / Spirits / God Self or Collective Unconscious mind is the driver of our car and has an agenda of its own. It determines the way in which we are best served from a higher consciousness / perspective and what we are to learn; regardless of what our conscious mind thinks it wants or where it chooses to go.

What can I expect if I get a psychic reading with you?

The truth as I see it! The reason I chose this particular path (or it chose me) is to help empower my clients by providing clarity, direction, and awakening to self-awareness by exploring consciousness and conscious choices, and assist in achieving the best possible choices for yourself, which in turn, facilitates spiritual enlightenment, healing, happiness, a sense of peace, and a balance of mind, body, spirit, and soul. This is a process and it takes work. My feeling has always been that you will find me, when you are ready for someone like me.

Are you a pet psychic / animal psychic?

At one time, I provided tarot readings at a wonderful coffee shop called Aroma in Studio City, CA. Since it has an animal-friendly outdoor café, many dogs were always around.

Although I don't call myself an animal or pet psychic, on numerous occasions, I read the energy / thoughts / images that these doggies sent. When the images came, I informed the “anipal” / guardian of what I saw.

Sometimes it would be a description of the kitchen or area where the dog ate, what his/her bowl looked like, what type of food they received - and if they liked or disliked it.

I would also pick up their general / overall feelings, and if they were or felt ill, or images of how the dog is walked - and I can tell you this, some clearly indicated that they don't like it when their chain is jerked against their neck or they are thrust from one side to another!

As with people, I do energy / Reiki healing with our “anipals” too.

What length of time do I need for a psychic reading?

Most of my clients prefer a minimum of 30 minutes for their reading; and I agree this is the optimum. This allows enough time to cover the most important issues and to ask some additional questions without feeling hurried or rushed. A 45 or 60 minute reading is not usually necessary unless issues are many or complicated.

How often should you get a psychic / tarot reading?

There is no prescription for how often. Ultimately, one needs to trust one’s own intuition or feelings about this.

When asked, I advise my clients to get a reading if they feel really confused or lost, big life changes are occurring, they need some clarity or direction due to several issues going on, they have difficult decisions to make, or they feel in need of spiritual guidance.

Ideally, one should not create dependence, rather, seek assistance when needed.

Can I record my psychic reading with you?

Yes, I prefer you keep thorough notes and/or inform me that you would like to record the reading. I often provide a lot of information, some of which is about people or situations of which you do not currently possess knowledge; however, try not to assign what you hear to a particular person, situation, or event in the moment. Instead, take in the information as if you were an objective observer simply recording what you hear. If you lose objectivity, you may assign something to a person or event to which it does not belong, and therefore, not realize or miss that to which it might.

The show Medium is fairly accurate; however, bear in mind that it is a TV show and takes a long lead in dramatic effect.

Patricia Arquette’s character, which is based on real-life psychic / medium Alison Dubois, has psychic / prophetic dreams that are usually in full (and long) vivid detail, whereas most psychics do not receive information this way.

Additionally, she often unknowingly misinterprets information when relaying it to her boss, because the full scope isn’t always revealed to her in one dream. More dreams later, more is revealed, and a more accurate portrayal becomes apparent.

This part is fairly accurate in its message; in that one must remain objective and open-minded. Premature or early assumptions can lead to misinterpretation of information presented or the inability to accept additional information or changes as they are occurring.

All we can do is accept information as it comes and try not to judge it in the process.

Psychics, psychic mediums, and their particular abilities, find expression in a variety of ways and forms. Like all people, each is uniquely different. Rather than try to explain why it may seem out of context, let me provide an example.

Once, I read for a woman, I'll call her Rose, who asked me about her teen step-daughter, Jenny, who had recently passed. Right away, I received the name of a man, who it turns out, was not Jenny's father, but the name of her father's boss, and a clairvoyant image of vintage motorcycles in perfect condition - one of which was mint / lt. green in color. Obviously, one has seemingly nothing to do with the other, but as it was, Jenny's nurse, who cared for her in the hospital, was married to a man who collected vintage motorcycles, and apparently, was also a friend of the boss.

Psychics do not control how information comes in, and we do our best to interpret what we see, feel, hear, etc. Often, one literally has to become a detective of sorts in order to piece the information together - and this requires an open-mind as well as some effort on the part of the psychic and those who receive the clairvoyant / medium reading. . This did not really answer Rose's initial question in a direct fashion, but it was accurate nonetheless. Who knows the reason for this particular message and with additional thought and/or reflection by the client, the answer initially sought may become apparent.

Do I need an account with PayPal to use your services?

Do you have an 800 or 900 telephone line?

No, I do not. Payment for my services is processed through PayPal, not a phone line, and this way you maintain full control. You choose the amount of time for your reading and you are charged for that amount of time, period. This way, everyone knows what to expect, and no surprises. If you choose a phone reading, I will call you, so no need to worry about long-distance charges either.

What happens if I am late for my appointment or need to change the day or time?

I am always right-on-time, not only due to scheduling necessities, but also because I view this as mutual respect and an honoring of one’s commitments, so I expect the same from my clients.

There are times when we are all late due to events beyond our control, or we need to make scheduling changes. A timely call is expected and appreciated; however, please understand that if I have another client or other events scheduled after your appointment,  I cannot give extra time to make up for lateness. If you are going to be significantly late, it is best to re-schedule. I also ask, if possible, that any changes to, or cancellations of confirmed appointments be made 24-hours in advance.

Do you give free tarot readings or free psychic readings?

No. I feel that there should always be an equal exchange of energy. For me to deny compensation is also to deny the equal act of giving and receiving by my clients.

Can you tell my future?

I provide information and spiritual counseling based on knowledge received through my psychic abilities and/or the use of tarot cards. This information is delivered arbitrarily in past, present, or future tense and may concern the past, present, and what could be construed as your future, which is ultimately determined by you.

Psychics can capture a lot of information in all areas of your life, but this information is essentially, energy. Even though, for instance, tarot card spreads break-down information into past, present, or potential future events etc; tarot cards and the guidance received from them don’t necessarily adhere to our understanding or principals of time. Therefore, information presented may concern your past, present, and potential future.

As psychics, we can’t manipulate psychic information or impose order upon it; all we can do is share the information as we receive it.

Again, ALL information we receive and no matter the source; or whether it is regarding the past, present, or potential future, has bearing on our life NOW.

Tarot cards and psychic readings are, unfortunately, very misunderstood and often misaligned. The term “divination”, from the root word “Divine”, is actually a more accurate description and legitimate process of providing a psychic reading or reading tarot cards, as “fortune telling”, “telling a fortune”, or “telling the future” are all misnomers and commonly held mischaracterizations of the process, and having or using psychic abilities has nothing whatsoever to do with “fortune telling.”

It is my sincere belief that whatever information I receive, no matter the time frame (past, present, or potential future), is meant for your Highest good and is dictated by the Collective Unconscious Mind, the God Source, Energy Source, Higher Self, Spiritual Self, Spirit Guides, or any other nomenclature of similar name / nature. Readings or divinations are basically to bring illumination, and this illumination is meant to bring understanding to any area in your life and at any “time or space” as needed.

Do you do psychic health readings?
